Lam Kwok Chong Independent, Non-Executive Director

Until December 2009, Lam Kwok Chong was the Managing Director of Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation Ltd, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange and a member of the Keppel
Group of Companies. He currently provides management services to
businesses based in Singapore and the region.

Mr. Lam first joined Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation
Ltd as its Chief Financial Officer in 2003 and went on to assume the role of Managing Director the following year. Together with its Board of Directors, Lam Kwok Chong was responsible for formulating and implementing the Company's business strategies.

He began his career with the Keppel Group in 1980 and held a variety of senior management positions within the Group, before his move to Keppel T&T.

Mr. Lam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National
University of Singapore.
